After you finish each book, think about the highlights that were introduced and determine if any of the information can be utilized in your own life. For instance, if one of the books focused on substance abuse and told an account of how the author overcame their problem, then compare their story to your own and use some of the strategies that the author used if you have been overindulging in alcohol or have been dependent on another type of drug.
If an author wrote about their pain associated with the death of a loved one, then focus on the steps that the person took to accept the loss and grow as a person. You may not see a direct relation with any of the stories, but you should be able to use some of the content to guide you when making positive changes for yourself.
Treat Others Well And Provide Support

Treating others well can help you feel good and if you take the time to help others or say some kind words to them, you may find that your social circle expands and that your personal relationships blossom.
